Tarun Tyagi is an Assistant Professor of Law at Prudentia College of Law. He holds an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, and graduated with a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. He has also qualified the UGC National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) in December 2025, reflecting his academic excellence and commitment to legal education. He has authored research papers on constitutional law, reservation, legal history, and legal education, with publications in reputed legal journals and online law platforms. His undergraduate dissertation examined the constitutional dimensions of the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) reservation, while his LL.M. dissertation critically analyses India’s emerging digital competition regime through a comparative study of the Competition Act, the Draft Digital Competition Bill, and the European Union’s Digital Markets Act. His teaching and research interests include Constitutional Law, Corporate Law, Competition Law, and Legal Research. Tushya Bhadani is an Assistant Professor of Law at Prudentia college of law. With an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from Christ (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, and a B.A. LL.B. from Karnataka State Law University. She has qualified the Madhya Pradesh State Eligibility Test (MP SET), demonstrating her academic competence and commitment to legal education. Her areas of interest include Intellectual Property Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Contract Law, and Legal Research. She is passionate about teaching, academic writing, and mentoring law students through a practical and research-oriented approach. She has also contributed to legal research through publications and actively engages with contemporary legal developments. As an academic, she strives to create an engaging learning environment that encourages critical thinking, ethical values, and a strong understanding of legal principles while inspiring students to excel in both academics and professional practice.

Prof. Giri is an Assistant Professor of Law at Prudentia College of Law. He has over 7 years of experience in legal education, advocacy, and judiciary coaching, also he is an passionate legal educator dedicated to shaping the next generation of legal professionals. As an Assistant Professor of Law and experienced faculty for Junior Civil Judge and PG Lawcet coaching, he brings a unique blend of classroom expertise and practical courtroom experience. His teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex legal concepts, connecting theoretical knowledge with real-world legal practice, and guiding students towards academic excellence and successful careers in law. Having qualified the All India Bar Examination and appeared for Junior Civil Judge examinations, he understands the challenges faced by aspiring advocates and judiciary aspirants. Ms. V. Pavithra is an lecturer at Prudentia College of Law, with extensive experience in teaching, academic administration, and student engagement. She is dedicated to enhancing students’ language proficiency, communication skills, and overall personality development, enabling them to excel in legal education and professional practice. She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from St. Pious Degree & PG College for Women, Hyderabad. She has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from Osmania University, strengthening her proficiency in digital learning and educational technology. She has also worked as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) at Schools and as a Coordinator, gaining valuable experience in academic planning, institutional communication, and student development. Her diverse professional background enables her to bring a holistic and practical approach to teaching. At Prudentia College of Law, she is committed to creating an engaging, student-centric learning environment that emphasizes effective communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Mr. Venugopal Narayanadas is a lecturer at Prudentia College of Law, bringing a dynamic blend of academic excellence, research aptitude, and student-centered teaching. With several years of experience in higher education and curriculum development, he is committed to fostering critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and interdisciplinary learning among aspiring legal professionals. He holds a Bachelor of Forensic Science from Parul Institute of Applied Sciences, Parul University, Gujarat, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Anthropology at Nizam College, Osmania University, Hyderabad. His academic background uniquely combines forensic science, social sciences, and public policy, enabling him to provide students with practical and research-oriented perspectives on law and justice. Prior to joining Prudentia College of Law, Mr. Venugopal served as a Social Science and Political Science educator at reputed educational institutions, where he demonstrated excellence in curriculum design, academic mentoring, and innovative teaching methodologies. He has consistently guided students to achieve outstanding academic results through structured learning strategies and concept-based instruction. His areas of academic interest include Political Science, Constitutional Studies, Public Policy, Indian Polity, Governance, Forensic Science, Anthropology, and Legal Education. He is passionate about integrating contemporary issues, case studies, and interdisciplinary approaches into classroom teaching, encouraging students to develop strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Mr. Venugopal is also the author of “Learn with Venu – Study Material”, a structured academic resource designed to simplify complex concepts and enhance student learning. He actively mentors students beyond the classroom, supporting their academic growth, competitive examination preparation, and career development. Mr. N. Pranay Goud is an lecturer at Prudentia College of Law, bringing over 15 years of rich professional and academic experience. Before transitioning into academia, he held executive positions at BrahMos Aerospace, BHEL, and Deloitte, where he gained extensive expertise in finance, project management, strategic planning, and business operations. He holds an MBA from IIT Roorkee, has completed the General Management Programme (GMP) from IIM Nagpur, and earned his B.Com. (Hons.) from Osmania University. He has also completed a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “GenAI in Education: Design, Implementation and Research” conducted by BITS Pilani. Additionally, he is a trained faculty under the National Intellectual Property Awareness Mission (NiPAM). At Prudentia College of Law, he teaches courses related to Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Marketing, Design Thinking, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and Legal Aspects of Business. His teaching philosophy emphasizes bridging the gap between theory and practice by integrating real-world industry perspectives into legal education. Mr. Pranay Goud is committed to creating an engaging and student-centric learning environment through case studies, experiential learning, and collaborative discussions. Ms. Karnati Jyothi serves as the Librarian at Prudentia College of Law, bringing over 16 years of experience in education and library services. She is committed to fostering a resource-rich academic environment that supports legal education, research, and lifelong learning. She holds a Bachelor of Library and Information Science (B.L.I.Sc.) from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University and is currently pursuing her Master of Library and Information Science (M.L.I.Sc.). She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), reflecting her strong academic foundation in both education and library science. Prior to joining Prudentia College of Law, Ms. Karnati Jyothi gained extensive teaching experience in reputed educational institutions, where she developed expertise in student development, academic planning, and classroom management. She further enhanced her professional skills through her internship at the Centre for Economic and Social Studies (CESS) Library, gaining practical experience in cataloguing, classification, digital library services, documentation, and library administration. Her areas of expertise include Library Management, Cataloguing and Classification (DDC), Library Automation and OPAC, Digital Library Services, Documentation and Records Management, and Information Retrieval. She is proficient in library management software such as Koha and SOUL, along with Microsoft Office applications and digital information systems. At Prudentia College of Law, Ms. Karnati Jyothi is dedicated to developing a modern, technology-enabled library that promotes academic excellence and legal research.
